In addition to practicing, Daniel has extensively written and lectured on various family law issues. He writes and maintains a blog, the New York Divorce Report, which explores current issues in New York family law and matrimonial practice.

He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Clement is a member of the New York City Bar Assoc., where he has served as a member of the Matrimonial Committee. He has also worked as an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York.
